Being a Group or Tour Organiser is a big responsibility and can be very stressful and frustrating, so we are here to help take a lot of this from you and help you every step of the way. We have been the Tournament travel agent for all 4 years now and know what is and isn't important to book. We can also answer any questions you have along the way.

 

Rugby Package which includes 3 nights stay at the selected hotels, Return Transfer between Airport and Hotel on a private bus so no waiting for all the other tourists to get off of flights; your registration fee for the Tournament, tee shirts, post-match entertainment and other goodies – To still be confirmed. It also includes complete supplier failure insurance so if any part of your tour does not operate for any reason you will be able to get a full refund on all of your monies, also if anything happens whilst you are away again you are covered so you will not be stranded abroad. This is a big plus for any group or tour organiser and will take a lot of the worry from you.

Rugby package requires a £40 non-refundable deposit and full balance if due 10 weeks prior to travel.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you take out travel Insurance which will cover you for playing Rugby while on holiday as most standard tourists policies will not cover you if you are injured while playing. We can offer this cover for £20 per person. We can also quote for flights
