We're glad to hear that you're interested in attending the 2008 Majorca Beach Rugby tournament. Here is some more information and the terms of registration:

To participate in this tournament you need to:

Click 'register now' (above) and submit the online application form as soon as possible.
Send a deposit cheque with your booking.
Make travel arrangements
Bring all documents (permissions, definitive lists of players) when you come.

Registration

Fill in the online application form and submit to us. Deposit cheques should then be received within 7 days of application.

Please note that the names of players can be changed up until the day of the tournament.

Definitive list of players with number of jerseys.
Permission to Play Abroad form from the relevant governing body in your country.

Deposit Cheque

We need a deposit cheque of £80 per person to secure your place, And the balance of £80.00 by 31st March Please, when sending cheques, write on the back the team name and name of the main contact.

If you cancel after April 1st you'll lose your deposit cheque.

Deadline

Please let us know if you would like to participate as soon as possible by sending application forms A and B. Form C to arrive as soon as flight details are known.

We'll close applications once we have the maximum teams.

We'll try to notify teams of their acceptance into the tournament as soon as possible. Please remember that the deposit cheque must be received when booking to confirm your participation.

Obviously, the earlier the better. First come, first served!

Rules of the game

Each team can have 15 players. (Only 12 per team per game) Please have a look at the rules link on the main page.

The organization reserves the right to change the rules to carry out the mission and the policy of the event.

Miscellaneous

We will coordinate a bus from Palma Airport to and from Santa Ponsa Hotels for major convenience of all involved on Friday and Monday. Please make sure that your players are covered by sport Insurance in case of any mishaps on field. We recommend that you arrive Friday (2nd May) to be ready to play Saturday morning. Liability

We will not accept liability for theft, loss, injury or damage of any nature during your tour or resulting from a stay at any accommodation. We are also not liable for the breakdown or non operation of technical equipment and the cancellation or closing of facilities at your accommodation. We strongly recommend you take out insurance cover.

Household and travel Rules

We support the right of any travel company or holiday company to refuse entry or admission or boarding of any vehicle to any passenger who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who constitutes a threat or a danger to any passenger or member of the public. Any person refused transport or accommodation on these grounds or on any other grounds any operator acting on our behalf deems fit will have to make their own alternative arrangements regarding travel and accommodation, at their own expense. We ask that you respectfully uphold the laws of the country that you are visiting and respect the rights of other holiday makers at all of our resorts. A copy of the household rules is available at the reception of the hotel you are visiting. If your hotel room is left improperly, supplementary cleaning costs or costs for damaged property will be charged for.

Tour Club

Please remember, when travelling your team is not only representing your club, but also your country. Upholding the good name of your club will make you many new friends and contacts for the future, along with laying the foundation for other teams to follow in your footsteps or perhaps a return visit

Unforeseen Circumstances

We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as war, civil unrest, terrorist action, riot, industrial action, natural disaster, weather conditions or fire. We are not responsible for late team changes.
