Cancellation Policy

Official Tournament Hotel Packages

Registration fee – £45.00 per person
(Early Bird) £40.00 per person
Non-refundable – transferable to another participant.

OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT HOTEL CANCELLATIONAll cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@majorcabeachrugby.com

50 % CANCELLATION CHARGE UP TO 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
100 % NON REFUNDABLE AFTER 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL AND WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED

HOTEL PAYMENTS WILL BE IN EUROS 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BANK CHARGES THAT MAY BE LEVIED WHICH ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Final Payments for hotels booked are due by March 1, 2027. For any hotel bookings made after this date, payment may be required in full at the time of booking.
